Rant

Let me say it; just let me get it out. I need to say it wildly and I need to speak vehemently. BLAH BLAH BLAH. I choose you. You are going to hear me rant for a minute and then we are going to pretend that it never happened. I need this, and I need you. Here it goes.

The water fountain is too warm, I hate when I have more than one exam a day, why is there so much sugar in everything, I don’t get video games, I wish I saw the moon more often, I wish I cooked more, and it makes me irate when people insult my family. So, now I’m going to say something else. Here it goes.

I’m thankful water fountains exist, I feel challenged academically when I have more than one exam a day, I really love vanilla ice cream, I think whoever invented PacMan is brilliant, I’m going to admire the moon tonight, I’m going to cook this weekend, my family is really great, I hope you get to know them better.

Say it out loud and move on, keeping it inside is poisonous. Cleanse your mind and just spit it out. If you have to look in the mirror, go ahead, or at a dog, or to a close friend.

Rant away and feel better. Drink a cup of tea and feel better. Take a siesta and feel better. Once you do, smile and move on. It takes practice, but it will work. A small dose of ranting, not excessively, will ease the tension ;)

Here is a bit about me: Name is Wuisa! I’m a nonconformist nomad, adventurer and seeker of pleasure. A twenty-one-year-old explorer. In search of those petit unforgettable blissful moments in life. Born in Bogotá, Colombia in the Andes Mountains where fall-like weather is eternal. I’m in my last semester of college at Randolph College in vintage Lynchburg, Virginia, taking 20.5 academic credits. An Environmental Studies major with a minor in French. I love to stay busy and go for long distance runs in the forest. If sunbathing naked were a sport, I would have countless gold medals. I find Ayn Rand’s views on objectivism brilliant, and I think Chuck Palahniuk is a creative genius. I am obsessed with Frida Kahlo‘s paintings and Pablo Neruda’s Poems. In my spare time, I write poetry, cook and watch foreign films. I promise you this, one day I’m going to stop whatever I’m doing, buy a ticket to Paris, then buy a ridiculously expensive camera and sleep in a tent near the Eiffel Tower. Never forget inspiration is endless. Pas.
